Nutrality Nutrition Consulting (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.nutrality.ca website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

Credit Card Information

We do not retain or store any credit card information. The processing of all payments is outsourced to our third party service provider, Square. You are strongly encouraged to read and understand the privacy policy of any third party service provider.

Your personal and medical information collected during nutrition sessions is stored in accordance to with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We may employ third party companies and individuals to operate our website (“Service Providers”), provide the Website on our behalf, perform Website-related services or assist us in analysing how our Website is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Website. 

Behavioral Remarketing

Nutrality Nutrition Consulting uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Website. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Website.

In regards to social media, you can choose to unfollow at any time.
