Initial Assessment
Our initial meeting covers a wide variety of details including nutrition history, current eating patterns, behaviours, and your relationship with food. At the end of the appointment, we set personalized goals.
Initial consultation (75-90 minutes): $220
Follow-up Appointments
Meeting with your dietitian on a regular basis can help with motivation and accountability. At each follow-up, you will have the opportunity to voice successes and challenges. Then we set new goals so you can continue making progress.
60 minute follow-up: $160.00
30 minute follow-up: $80.00

Health Insurance Plans
Registered Dietitian services may be covered by your employee benefits plan or health spending account. Contact your insurance provider or review your benefits booklet to find out if you have coverage. I am registered to provide services to individuals living in Alberta.
